The experience of seeing people outdoors after a lengthy winter hibernation is an indescribable feeling. The feeling is stronger now more than ever after having it been extended for over a year because of a pandemic. Being quarantined whether by choice, societal judgements or political points of view, made it challenging for all, more so for persons with disabilities and aging communities.

Let the fun begin this Friday at Elkhart. The Elkhart Parks and Recreation Department has been busy and is excited to invite you to their ribbon cutting ceremony for the ADA kayak launches at Beardsley Park.
