By developing the DEN as a lending system of equipment; such as, wheelchairs, walkers, and shower chairs; providing the training, engaging professionals as community volunteers through regular clinics, this will sustain and contribute to the growth of the DEN.

The needs of individuals with disabilities and family members will be served. The DEN will be supported through donations and a nominal fee deposit, this deposit is to be reimbursed to the borrower of the equipment when the equipment is returned to the DEN. The borrower will be invited to accept the reimbursement or make a donation to the DEN to support its maintenance of the program and other individuals in need of equipment.
