Maria Emilia

Let us tell you about a special child named Maria Emilia who is facing a big health challenge, it is more then just malnutrition. She was born with several congenital abnormalities including cerebral palsy.

While there is no known cure for cerebral palsy, there are a few things that modern science does know. The ongoing rapid growth of the developing brain in infants is rapidly producing, on a daily basis, millions of neurons and even more millions per second of the connections that wire the brain neurons together, allowing the brain to function normally as the child is rapidly learning about the world around him or her. There are certain key nutrients that are essential for the brain to build and function properly.
